You get full control over how the watermark looks. Place the text in the center, in any corner, or tile it repeatedly across the whole image so it cannot simply be cropped out. Adjust the font size from 16 to 120 pixels, pick any color with the color picker, and set the opacity anywhere from 10% to 100% — a subtle mark at around 30% opacity is usually enough to deter theft without ruining the photo. Because your settings stay put between images, you can run a whole series through with the exact same watermark style.
How to add a watermark to an image online

Frequently asked questions
Can a watermark be removed from my photo?
A corner watermark can sometimes be cropped away, so for stronger protection choose the Tile position — it repeats the text across the entire image, making removal impractical without destroying the photo.
What opacity should I use for a watermark?
For a subtle mark that does not distract from the image, 20–40% works well. If protection matters more than aesthetics — for example on client proofs — go higher, or combine higher opacity with the tiled position.
Which image formats are supported?
JPEG, PNG, and WebP images all work, and the watermarked result is delivered in the same format as your original file.
Is there a file size limit?
Yes — images up to 50 MB are supported, which covers photos from any modern phone or DSLR camera.
Are my images stored on your servers?
No. Images are processed in short-lived temporary files that are deleted immediately after your watermarked image is delivered. Nothing is kept, logged, or shared.
