About GCash QR Code with Amount

A GCash QR with the amount already filled in saves the "magkano po?" back-and-forth and stops typos: the customer scans, sees your name and ₱150, and taps Pay. This page opens the payment QR generator ready to add an amount. Upload the QR saved from your GCash app (QR → Generate QR → Download), type the amount, and download a new QR plus a printable Scan-to-Pay sign. Switch to "Several amounts" to get a whole sheet of codes — ₱50, ₱100, ₱150, ₱200 — for a menu or price list.

The tool changes only two things in your QR — it marks it as a fixed-amount ("dynamic") code and inserts the amount — then recomputes the checksum, so your account identifier stays exactly as GCash issued it. Everything runs in your browser. Works the same for Maya and bank QR Ph codes.

How to make a GCash QR code with a fixed amount

  1. 1In the GCash app go to QR → Generate QR (or My QR) and tap Download / Save to get your QR image. In Maya: Receive money → QR → Save. (Or take a clear screenshot.)
  2. 2Upload that image here. The tool reads it and shows "GCash QR detected" with the name on the account. Nothing is uploaded — the reading happens on your device.
  3. 3Type the amount you want pre-filled, or leave it blank for an open-amount QR. For a price list, switch to "Several amounts" and enter them separated by commas.
  4. 4Optionally type the name to show on the sign and choose A4, A5 or Letter.
  5. 5Download the Scan-to-Pay sign (PDF) or the QR as PNG / SVG, print it, and test it once with your own app — it should open GCash with your name and the amount already filled in.

Frequently asked questions

How do I put an amount on my GCash QR code?

Save your QR from the GCash app, upload it here, type the amount in pesos and download. The generated QR opens GCash with your name and the amount pre-filled; the payer just confirms.

Can the customer still change the amount?

GCash shows the pre-filled amount on the confirmation screen; for a fixed-amount QR the payer confirms it. Keep an open-amount QR (leave the box blank) for tips or variable payments.

How many different amounts can I make?

Up to 12 at a time in "Several amounts" mode; each gets its own labelled QR on the printable sheet. Run it again for more.

Is my QR uploaded anywhere?

No. Your QR image is decoded, the new codes are generated and the PDF is built entirely in your browser. Nothing is stored.
