About Maya QR Code Generator

Maya (formerly PayMaya) gives every account a QR for receiving money, but it has no amount on it and is awkward to print. This page is the payment QR generator set up for Maya: save your QR from the app (Receive money → QR → Save), upload it here, and the tool reads it in your browser, keeps your account exactly as issued, and lets you add a fixed amount — or a list of amounts for a menu. Download a clean QR (PNG / SVG) and a printable Scan-to-Pay sign in A4, A5 or Letter.

Maya QRs follow the EMVCo / QR Ph standard, the same one GCash and the banks use, with an account identifier that only the Maya app can issue — which is why the tool starts from your real QR rather than a phone number. Only the amount field and checksum are changed, so the result scans into your account just like the original. Also works for GCash and bank QR Ph merchant codes.

How to make a GCash QR code with a fixed amount

  1. 1In the GCash app go to QR → Generate QR (or My QR) and tap Download / Save to get your QR image. In Maya: Receive money → QR → Save. (Or take a clear screenshot.)
  2. 2Upload that image here. The tool reads it and shows "GCash QR detected" with the name on the account. Nothing is uploaded — the reading happens on your device.
  3. 3Type the amount you want pre-filled, or leave it blank for an open-amount QR. For a price list, switch to "Several amounts" and enter them separated by commas.
  4. 4Optionally type the name to show on the sign and choose A4, A5 or Letter.
  5. 5Download the Scan-to-Pay sign (PDF) or the QR as PNG / SVG, print it, and test it once with your own app — it should open GCash with your name and the amount already filled in.

Frequently asked questions

How do I get my Maya QR image?

Open Maya → Receive money (or the QR icon) → Save / Download the QR, or take a clear screenshot of the QR screen. Upload that image above.

Can I set an amount on my Maya QR?

Yes. Upload the QR, type the amount (e.g. 250) and download — the payer just confirms. Leave it blank for an open-amount QR, or enter several amounts for a price list.

Can I generate a Maya QR from my phone number only?

No. Like GCash, a real Maya QR contains an account identifier that is not your mobile number; a code built from the number alone will not route payments correctly. Start from the QR your app gives you.

Is my QR uploaded anywhere?

No. Your QR image is decoded, the new codes are generated and the PDF is built entirely in your browser. Nothing is stored.
